Includes various background pictures, mask templates and frame templates, you could add beautiful frame to photo, and merge photos seamlessly. It is really a cool photo collage software!
It is easiest to use. With just a few clicks you can select your pictures, crop them, apply cool edge effects, add a beautiful frame to them, merge them seamlessly and position and layer them anyway you like.

The following review written by one of the Software Informer contributors applies to version 2.0

Photo Colllage 2.0 is a program for create collages and you can use them for Wallpaper or use it to create templates for your pages.
When we open the program can find three toolbars, two panels and one window.
In the general toolbar you can add text to your collages templates, in the collage button you can configure the setups, the backgrounds and the collage frames.
Other toolbar is the Arrange in it you can move and rotate your selected picture and you can flip horizontal or vertical, rotate and move to forward or background.
The panel in the left side have four tags one of them is the images frame in it you can browsing your photos or images, in the frame tag can select between art, flowers, classic or select yours. Another tag is the Art in it you can select some art pictures that come with the program or add yours and in the last tag we can find different templates that we can change and handle like we want.
This program give to us big possibilities to make a nice art work with our photos in few clicks, add them to our desktops or templates, make postcards and more.
